Step by step, shown with CA-Pulse as the sample company

Start at app.ca-pulse.com → click Join Free → choose CEU Provider / Business Partner. Have your DBPR provider (PVD) number handy; it’s on your DBPR approval letter.

Search for your company

Type your company name or your PVD number; the DBPR-approved provider list is pre-loaded.

I confirm I’m authorized to represent Community Association Pulse and that the provider information is accurate. I understand that claiming a profile or paying for a subscription under a company I’m not authorized to represent will result in removal of the account with no refund.

The number must match the DBPR record for that company; that’s what stops anyone else from claiming your profile.

Approval in your own name? Some providers are listed with the DBPR personally (Ex. Erica Dalesandro) rather than as a company. During the claim you can add the company you operate under; your profile and courses then display under the company, with your name shown as the approval holder. Moved companies since? Update it from your dashboard: the new company starts its own membership, and your old company moves to a Business Partner listing, keeping any social add-on it had.
