Reading your dashboard

What each number means, and what to do with it

Start at app.ca-pulse.com → log in as a provider → the Dashboard tab is your home screen.
A note before you read: CA-Pulse is growing, and so is this data. Early on the numbers are small and move in jumps, so treat them as signals, not verdicts. As more members join and more events post, the picture gets steadier, and we’ll keep refining what’s measured and how it’s shown. The dashboard you see next month may be a little smarter than the one you see today.

The six numbers at the top

Your at-a-glance totals.

38Registration clicks
412Course views
9Click-through %
21Website visits
17Registrations (30d)
26Signed-in people
Registration clicksTimes someone clicked Register on one of your events. Your headline number.
Course viewsTimes your listings appeared in front of a member in the finder.
Click-through %Registrations ÷ views. Low with lots of views? The listing may need a better description, time, or format.
Website visitsClicks on your “Provider site” link, from people looking you up.
Registrations (30d)Your recent pace, not the all-time total. Watch this one for momentum.
Signed-in peopleHow many different verified members those clicks came from; 20 clicks from 20 people beats 20 from one.

Your live events

Every posted event with its own registrations, views, and site visits.

14 registrations96 views6 site visits
Insurance & Financial Basics2026-10-03 · Online

How to read it: compare your own events against each other. Similar views but very different registrations usually points to the date, time, or format, not the course itself.
3

Interest by credit type + market benchmark

What your audience clicks, next to what the whole site clicks.

Your interest by credit type

Managers: 24 · Board members: 5
Market benchmark
Most-clicked credit types across all of CA-Pulse (last 30 days); see where you fit.
Legal Update64
HOA Recordkeeping (EH1)52
How to read it: your left column is you; the right is everyone. A credit that’s big on the right but missing on your left is a course the market wants that you’re not offering yet.
4

Registration activity (last 14 days)

Your day-by-day rhythm.

How to read it: expect spikes right after you post something new and as renewal deadlines (Sept 30) approach. Quiet days in between are normal, especially while the membership is still growing.
5

Where interest comes from + search demand

Cities and unmet demand: your planning tools.

Where interest comes from
Top cities of managers who clicked to register (aggregate).
Fort Lauderdale12
Miami9
Search demand
What people search for across CA-Pulse (last 30 days). Low results = unmet demand.
Human Resources19 searches · avg 1 result
Legal Update15 searches · avg 4 results
How to read it: cities tell you where an in-person event would land well. Search demand is the gold: many searches with few results means members are looking for a credit almost nobody offers. Post that course and you’re one of the only answers.

That’s the whole dashboard. Check it weekly, not hourly, and remember the numbers are early signals that get more reliable as the site grows. Questions? admin@ca-pulse.com.
