For business partners & vendors

Become an approved CE provider. We'll walk you through it.

You already serve Florida associations. Teaching a state-approved course puts you in front of the managers and board members who hire you, as the trusted expert, not an ad. Most vendors never do it because the approval process feels daunting. We make it simple.

Why it's worth it

The supply of approved educators is small. The audience is not.

๐ŸŽฏ

Meet the people you serve

More than 22,000 licensed managers, plus hundreds of thousands of board members, carry education requirements every cycle. Teaching an approved course is how they get to know you.

๐Ÿค

Teach, don't pitch

A state-approved course positions you as the expert in the room. It's earned trust, not another cold outreach, and it's a durable asset for years.

๐Ÿชœ

We remove the friction

Outline, approval paperwork, and a finished presentation, done with you by a licensed CAM who knows the material and the process.

Limited spots each month; the course build is done personally.

Prices above do not include the State's $250 DBPR provider application fee. It's separate and paid once, directly to the State of Florida (DBPR), and one application covers as many courses and qualified instructors as you like.

Then stay listed on CA-Pulse

Once you're approved, a CA-Pulse listing keeps your courses in front of managers and board members searching for the credit you teach: $600 / year at the founders rate, which also includes hosting industry social events. Month to month is $100, or $75 a month on the six-month plan. Free through September 30 during our launch.

How listing works

We guide you through the approval process; final approval is the State of Florida's (DBPR) decision. The State's $250 provider application fee is separate, paid once directly to DBPR; one application covers as many courses and instructors as you like. We help you build a genuine educational course; CA-Pulse lists approved CE, not advertising.

How it works after you apply

We do the heavy lifting; you stay the applicant of record with the State.

1
Kickoff call
We scope your course(s) and gather your details, the same information the State needs.
2
We build your course
Outline, learner objectives, and a full presentation designed for both classroom and online delivery.
3
We prepare your State paperwork
Provider approval (DBPR CAM 8) and course approval (CAM 7), plus your instructor resumes and sample certificate.
4
You submit & follow up
You're the applicant of record, so the State corresponds with you. Plan for up to ~2 months of State processing.
5
Revisions if the State asks
If DBPR requests changes, we help you revise and resubmit. We don't leave you on your own.
6
Go live on CA-Pulse
Once approved, list your courses in front of managers and board members searching for the credit you teach.

Questions, answered

How long does approval take?

Plan for up to about two months. The State (DBPR) has processing delays, so the sooner we start, the sooner you're listed. We prepare everything to be right the first time to avoid back-and-forth.

Is there a State fee?

Yes: a one-time $250 provider-approval fee (DBPR CAM 8), paid directly to the State. Course approvals themselves (CAM 7) have no State fee, and one provider approval covers as many courses and instructors as you like.

Who deals with the State?

We prepare everything and help you submit, but you're the applicant of record, so the State corresponds with you. If they request changes, we help you revise and resubmit.

Can I teach in person and online?

Yes. We build every course for both classroom and online (distance) delivery, so you're approved either way from one build.

Do my instructors need special qualifications?

The State requires instructor resumes showing a bachelor's degree + 2 years, an associate's + 4 years, or 6 years of subject experience. We help make sure your instructors qualify.

What subjects can I teach?

Insurance & Financial Management, Operation of Physical Property, Human Resources, HOA Recordkeeping, or general Elective credit. (Legal Update and HOA Education courses aren't part of Provider Launch right now.)

How many courses can I offer?

As many as you like under one provider approval. The bundles cover 1, 2, or 3 course builds; add more anytime.
