What CA-Pulse is

CA-Pulse gathers Florida community-association education (CAM continuing education and board-member courses) into one searchable place, and lets approved providers and business partners list their courses and events. Membership is free for verified managers and board members.

What CA-Pulse is not

• Not the provider. Courses and events are run by the providers who list them. When you register, you register with the provider, on the provider’s own page, under the provider’s terms. Scheduling, content, credit reporting, refunds, and cancellations are between you and the provider.
• Not legal advice. Course listings and any statutory references (F.S. 718, 719, 720; F.A.C. 61E14) are educational information. Confirm your exact CE requirements and deadlines with the DBPR, and take legal questions to your association’s attorney.
• Not a guarantee of credit. Providers are responsible for their courses’ DBPR approval status and for reporting credit. Verify a course meets your requirement before relying on it.

Accounts and honesty

• Member accounts are for the person named on them. Provide accurate information: your real name, your real license number, your real board seat. Verification against state records is a condition of membership, and accounts that misrepresent identity or role may be suspended or removed.
• Board-member confirmation relies on your association’s state filing. If a later filing no longer lists you, your account may be paused until you’re re-confirmed.
• You are responsible for activity under your login. Keep your password to yourself.

Provider and business-partner listings

• Providers must hold the approvals they claim. CE courses require the provider’s own DBPR approval; CA-Pulse may verify listings against DBPR records and remove listings that don’t check out.
• Every published event must carry a real, working registration link.
• Listings must be accurate: date, time, location, hours, and cost. Bait listings, misleading credit claims, or events that exist to harvest contact details are grounds for removal without refund.
• Paid features (course posting, social events) run for the term purchased. Fees are not refundable once the term starts, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site, harvest member information, misrepresent who you are, interfere with the service, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and data

Course descriptions and event details belong to the providers who post them; by posting, a provider grants CA-Pulse the right to display and promote the listing on the site and in member alerts. Filed public records (state license rolls, corporate filings) remain public records, shown with their filing dates. The CA-Pulse name, logo, and site design belong to Community Association Pulse LLC.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but we don’t warrant that listings are error-free or that the service is uninterrupted. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, CA-Pulse’s liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid CA-Pulse in the twelve months before the claim; for free members, that is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these terms; material changes get a new effective date here and notice to members. You can close your account at any time. These terms are governed by Florida law. Questions: admin@ca-pulse.com.
